I first reached out in April for a rhinoplasty and the team were very quick to set up a consultation to hear exactly what I wanted. Steven was extremely friendly and attentive. He was able to pin point exactly what I wanted and then presented several clinics to choose from.
Steven and Pam stayed in touch throughout the months leading up to the surgery and made me feel reassured that I was in good hands.
All appointments including after care and hair wash, and airport pick up was set up by the team so it was a seamless process.
I'm extremely happy I used their service, it was mostly comforting knowing that Steven was going to be there every step of the way, translating for me, and just having a familiar face throughout the process gave me peace of mind.
