I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr Chay and her amazing office staff. First of all, it was so comforting to be able to visit a clinic with native English to fully explain my symptoms without worries that my translation apps were causing a miscommunication. The doctor is kind, compassionate, charismatic, and a deeply kind human being who wholeheartedly cares about her patients as people. I’ve been to the clinic twice after coming down with what felt like the worst combo of ear/sinus/cough issues I’ve ever had. I had been stuck in my hotel room in a 7 day self-quarantine that was taking away from my time in Korea, and I had already been to another clinic that waved me away without even examining me. I was anxious, sleepless, exhausted, but pushed myself to get to LOHAS and just try one more clinic. I couldn’t be happier that I did - I started improving nearly immediately after taking the medications prescribed. Thank you to everyone here!

Btw for those visiting - go to the 3rd floor! And they close from 1-2pm for lunches generally. ❤️

I would like to give the LOHAS Clinic more than 5 stars. I am an exchange student from Germany and I suddenly felt very bad and didn't know what to do.
I went to the LOHAS Clinic without an appointment and saw the doctor within 20 minutes (on a Saturday). Everyone spoke fluent English and was able to help me.
The doctor took her time and gave me medication and I felt better within a few days.
I am very grateful to have had such a good experience so far away from home. Thank you!

I unexpectedly woke up with a fever and sore throat on my trip to Seoul. As a tourist, I was nervous to go to a local clinic or hospital so I was fortunate to have found this place online. I walked in that same morning and was tended to right away! This place is very foreigner-friendly, with everything being conducted for me in English.

Dr. Chay and the clinic staff were all very kind, friendly, and helpful. I had rapid flu and COVID tests done and, after those were ruled out, was prescribed some antibiotics and medication to help with my illness. Dr. Chay was very thorough and answered all my questions in detail. The pharmacy is also conveniently located downstairs!

I had a very positive experience here and would highly recommend this to others! Thanks to Dr. Chay and her services, I was able to recover quickly and enjoy the rest of my trip 🙂

Dr. Chay and her staff were incredibly attentive, understanding, and caring. During the holidays, I fell ill with fever, vomiting, and nausea, which disrupted the remainder of my trip. I visited Dr. Chay twice during this time, both without appointments, yet she made sure I received the care I needed.

I was overwhelmed with anxiety and frustration while dealing with the insurance company, which kept requesting documentation that Dr. Chay had already provided during my initial visit. Her empathy and understanding of the distress I was experiencing truly moved me to tears. Despite the sleepless nights caused by my symptoms, I felt significantly better after my first consultation with her.

Thank you Dr. Chay! Visiting Korea while being sick is less scarier knowing that you and your staff will be there to care for us foreigners.

Dr. Sarah Chay was very helpful, did a walk-in and took care of me. Her staff were all friendly. It’s comforting to find this great international clinic and doctor that I can go to. The pharmacy is located on the ground floor which is very convenient.
