Hey dude, this health promotion center is operated by Samsung. Interesting, right?
I must say, their facilities are state-of-the-art, and the attitude of the their medical staff is also quite good. Many Samsung employees have health check-ups here.
On my personal note, I do health check at this center for every year, the test results are cumulatively managed. As I look back on my life, thanks to the accumulated data, I could track and manage my health status easily.
Upon arrival, the staff will ask you to input your personal data via tablet to identify yourself. Just relax, please wait for a while, you will be called soon. You will have a short face-to-face meeting with nurse. Prepare your ID and the nurse will explain regarding your pre-selected health check-up options. She will give you a key in the form of a bracelet with a three digit number on it and a coupon for porridge. Health examination results will be received by mail or in pdf format approximately 2weeks later.
The men's and women's examination areas are separated. After changing to the examination clothes in the dressing room, the staff will give you a piece of paper with the examination items written on it.
According to the staff and nurses’ guidance, you will be guided to tag your bracelet to the sensor, and the inspection will proceed according to the registered order. There is an explanation in English for each examination section, and when the test is complete, the staff marks the paper and then guides you to where to go next.
Although it depends on your option, the program and the price, usually, urine test will be the first. And then, blood test, eye exam, chest X-ray, anthropometry, electrocardiogram, abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy, colonoscopy, carotid doppler ultrasound, coronary artery, brain MRI/MRA, etc.
For your information, now that COVID19 has been stabilized, Lung function test has been started. As expensive as they are, it will provide you with the best service. Enjoy.
